Do I Pay For Delivery In UK Mainland?
No. Delivery to private addresses in the UK mainland is Free of charge from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
Where Do You Deliver To?
We will deliver to private addresses throughout the UK mainland that must be the same address as the registerd address for the credit/debit card used for payment. Under normal circumstances we will not deliver to address that are not secure, i.e. communal postal address or PO Box No's. If this affects your order with The Beanbag Company, we will notify you accordingly.
Will You Deliver to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands or any other Over Sea's Location?
Under normal circumstances the we are not able to deliver to customers in these locations. However, it may be possible subject to an additional charge. Please contact us at info@thebeanbagcompany.com for more information.
Do You Deliver On Saturday?
Delivery to UK mainland private addresses can be arranged but will be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us at info@thebeanbagcompany.com for more information.
What Will Happen If I Am Not In?
If you are not at home to accept delivery of your order on the pre-advised delivery date, the courier will return your goods to us and delivery will not be attempted again until a further delivery charge has been paid. Please see below for more information of re-delivery charges.

A re-delivery charge of £12.50 will be debited from your payment card for each subsequent failed delivery.

We will send you an email confirmation prior to delivery of your order to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. If no one will be available to take delivery of your order on the advised delivery date you must contact us within 24 hours by email so we can make alternative arrangements and to ensure you will avoid any unnecessary failed delivery and re-delivery charges.
Will You Deliver My Chosen Beanbag Filled?
No. To avoid any potential damage to your beanbag when it is in transit, we will send it empty with full instructions on how to fill it. If you have ordered polystyrene beans to fill your bag, they will be delivered to you direct from the manufacturer.
How Many Deliveries Will I Receive?
If you choose the drop down option of 'cover only', you will receive one delivery. If you choose the drop down option of 'with beans' you will receive two deliveries.
Is It Easy To Fill My Beanbag?
Yes - it's very easy indeed. You just need to open the outer zipper and the interliner zipper on your beanbag and insert the beans. Once you finish filling, please close zippers fully to avoid leakage.
Will I Receive Enough Polydtyrene Beads To Fill My Beanbag?
If you choose to purchase the 'with beans', we will send you the correct quantity to fill your beanbag.
How Do I Care For My Beanbag?

Our faux leather beanbags and accessories are easy to clean. To remove dust use a warm wet cloth to wipe the beanbag. for tougher marks you may use a mild detergent. Do not, under nay circumstances, attempt to use an abrasive cleaning product to clean your beanbag as this may cause permanent damage.

Our faux leather covers are manufactured from synthetic PVC.
Can I Use My Beanbags Outside?
Our faux leather beanbags and stools are not designed to be used outside. Please be sure to visit our website on a regular basis as we intend to introduce a range of out door beanbags in the near future.
Can I Buy Just The Beanbag Cover Without The Beans?
Yes. We are happy to supply just the beanbag cover on it's own or to make life easier for you we can supply the ploystyrene beans for you to fill it. The price for both options are clearly shown on our website.
What Are Our Beanbags Manufactured From?
Our beanbag covers are manufactured from materials that conform to the appropriate British Safety Standards for cigarette and match resistance (BS5852).
Do Our Beanbags Have An Interliner?
Yes. Our beanbags feature an interliner to retain the filling material if the bag is inadvertently opened.
